This semi-dry sparkling rhubarb wine is light-bodied, bubbly, crisp, and savory with light rhubarb character and notes of tropical fruit. Tasters taste notes of lychee, mango, and pineapple between the bubbles. Made with 100% local Finger Lakes-area spring rhubarb. Serve chilled!

This port-style sipper is a blend of 65% Tannat, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% black raspberry wine blend that’s sweet, fruity, and classy.
We handpick fresh, ripe black raspberries and ferment them into this unique and luscious blend with estate-grown reds. The nose is filled with bold berries and the right amount of sweetness … you’ll enjoy juicy black raspberries on the palate with a smooth oaky finish.
Half a pound of fresh ripe Virginia black raspberries goes into every bottle.
Enjoy it with your friends or after a meal. Complements chocolate and desserts, and is great on its own.

Port-Style Pear Wine by Fabbioli Cellars
Port-Style Pear Wine by Fabbioli Cellars

This wonderful wine blends Bosc, Bartlett, and Asian pears from the Asian pear tree in the vineyard. The juice is fermented and then part of it is distilled locally into a pear brandy, which in then reintroduced into the wine. The bold brandy aroma comes straight to the front of the nose, but takes a backseat to the flavor of pear.
This unexpected treat is flavorful and balanced and complements desserts, fruits, and cheese. Homer referred to pears as “the fruit of the Gods,” and with a taste of this fortified wine, you will see why.
The nose is heavy with smells of butterscotch, fresh pears and mild oak. The mouth has a kick, opening with punches of pear, spice and ginger then finishing with sweet, thick notes of vanilla.
This port-style dessert wine is ready to be enjoyed now but will also continue to develop with age and has a long cellaring capacity.
