White wine made from estate-grown, native Southern Cayuga grapes blended with peach juice. Makes for a “very delicate peach-flavored wine.” This wine borders on being a dessert wine with its high residual sugar and alcohol content, but is also lower on both counts than typical dessert wines, and is sold in a full-sized 750ml bottle like a regular fruit wine would be.
