Winemakers Mark Johnson and Brian Hosmer have taken a sophisticated approach for this internationally recognized cherry wine. Made semi-sweet and garnet red to enhance the beauty and natural flavors of Montmorency tart cherries from the “Cherry Capital of the World,” it hints of almond and an effusion of cherry that is neither sweet nor tart. Serve chilled or room temp for romantic evening with a special someone who prefers dry wines. A great sipping wine and also an elegant accompaniment to desserts, chicken and pork dishes.
