This semi-dry sparkling rhubarb wine is light-bodied, bubbly, crisp, and savory with light rhubarb character and notes of tropical fruit. Tasters taste notes of lychee, mango, and pineapple between the bubbles. Made with 100% local Finger Lakes-area spring rhubarb. Serve chilled!
